VOTE OF THANKS

Thank you for Supporting the 2022 Summit

FW Africa, the organisers of the Africa Food Safety Summit 2022, in partnership with the African Development Bank (AfDB) would like to extend its warm and sincere appreciation to AfDB and Kerry Ingredients for sponsoring this edition of the Summit.

We would also like to thank the exhibitors, partners, government agencies (Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries & Co-operatives; Ministry of Health; Ministry of Industrialisation, Trade & Enterprise Development; Kenya Bureau of Standards and Kenya Dairy Board) for supporting the development of the concept and ultimately, the delivery of this pan-African Summit.

Further, we were honoured to host more than 300 delegates physically over the course of the Summit in Nairobi, Kenya and a further 1000+ virtual delegates from across Africa, Europe, the Americas and Asia.

The Africa Food Safety Summit 2022 was held together with the AFMASS Youth Summit – the pan-African platform to build capacity and networks for university students, young associates and entrepreneurs.

We thank everyone who contributed as we continue on our journey towards making this Summit Africa’s most impactful and largest food safety, quality and compliance management conference and exhibition.

Look forward to next year’s Summit,  which will be held in Nairobi, Kenya May 2023, and which is set to be bigger, better and more impactful.

We are also considering hosting a new edition of the Africa Food Safety Summit in West Africa in 2023, plus two regional summits in key regions in Kenya to drive the food safety, quality and conformity agenda.
